Celebrate St. Patrick’s season in the mountains with a special menu from Chef Mashon at Rainmakers Restaurant. Beginning Thursday, March 12, guests can enjoy a lineup of Irish-inspired dishes crafted for the occasion, with specials available through St. Patrick’s week.
The festive menu features traditional favorites and creative takes on classic flavors. Start with appetizers like brown soda bread with butter or shepherd’s pie bites, followed by a hearty Guinness stew with braised oxtail. Main courses include corned beef and cabbage, Irish bangers and mash, and classic fish and chips. Finish with dessert selections such as chocolate mint mousse with shortbread or warm apple cake served with vanilla gelato and Irish cream.
Guests can also reserve a spot for a special Irish Whiskey Tasting on Saturday, March 14 at 5:30 PM, offering a perfect pairing for the holiday spirit.
