The “Free Spirits at Noisy Water” sculpture installation in Ruidoso Downs includes eight horses running through the natural landscape. The bronze sculptures and the surrounding park at the Hubbard Museum of the American West were designed, sculpted, and engineered by artist Dave McGary.
