Ranchers Steak and Seafood: Celebrate the holidays with a classic meal at Ranchers Steak and Seafood. The restaurant will be open Christmas Eve until 7 p.m., and open New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day during normal hours (11 a.m.–9 p.m.). The Ruidoso Jockey Club offers chef-prepared Christmas meals to-go, perfect for a effortless holiday feast at home. Choose from traditional carved turkey, slow-roasted prime rib, or maple-glazed ham—each served with a complete spread of classic sides, fresh croissants, and your choice of pie.
