Step into the world of winemaking with Winemaker for a Day, an exclusive hands-on blending experience at Enchanted Vine in Alto.

Hosted by Hospitality Manager and winemaking team member John Lubbe, this immersive class invites wine lovers of every experience level to explore the art and science behind creating a beautifully balanced wine. Begin with a guided tasting of curated blending components while learning how winemakers use structure, fruit, balance, and complexity to shape a finished wine.

Then it’s your turn. Using professional-style blending tools, experiment with different combinations, refine your recipe, and create a custom wine tailored to your own palate. Once the blending is complete, guests will put their creations to the test in a blind tasting competition, with awards for standout blends and creativity.

Each participant will bottle, cork, and hand-label a full bottle of their custom blend to take home. The experience also includes elevated light food pairings and a behind-the-scenes facility tour, including a closer look at barrels and the role they play in shaping wine.
