The evening begins with a WhistlePig taco bar featuring bourbon-injected suckling pig, expertly smoked and rich with flavor. This interactive first course offers a refined yet approachable start to the night.

The centerpiece of the experience is an Ancho Honey Braised Wild Boar Osso Bucco, slow-cooked to perfection and layered with sweet heat and savory depth. The dish is served with smoked cheddar cheese bread and vibrant Southwest chile tartare, carefully designed to complement the complexity of WhistlePig bourbon.

The evening concludes with a decadent dessert course featuring a warm Maple Buckle, paired with Luxardo cherry sorbet and a bourbon ball truffle for a memorable and indulgent finale.
