Be part of history at the first annual WagFest 2026, a brand-new spring tradition in the heart of Ruidoso at Wingfield Park. Hosted by the Ruidoso Midtown Association, Humane Society of Lincoln County NM, and Ruidoso Parks & Recreation, this family- and pet-friendly celebration centers around the crowd-favorite Ice Cream Krank-off.

The afternoon includes a festive Pet Parade at 1 p.m., a Pet Costume Contest, photo opportunities with local first responders, local vendors, food trucks, and live music by Cody Jones. Bring your pup, bring your friends, and enjoy a sweet spring day surrounded by mountain air, community spirit, and plenty of wagging tails.
