The Thanksgiving buffet includes herb-butter-basted turkey, spiral ham, smoked sausages and slow-smoked brisket from the carving station, along with pecan-crusted cod, slow-roasted country ribs and airline chicken breast. Guests can also enjoy a made-to-order omelet station; salads and fresh fruit; oysters on the half shell, chilled tiger prawns, seafood ricotta-stuffed cannelloni, artisan cheeses and charcuterie; and an assortment of desserts from the Inn’s bakery, including pumpkin cheesecake trifle, spiced apple Bundt cake, layered carrot cake and banana pudding.
