Sierra Club Guided Hike: Eagle Creek Trail at Alto Lake

Join trip leader John Pijawka and the Rio Grande Sierra Club for a guided 2-mile hike on the Eagle Creek Trail at Alto Lake, Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 9 AM to 12 PM.

This easy trail winds through cool pines with chances to spot wild horses, elk, and songbirds. Along the way, learn about local hydrology, Ruidoso’s drinking water wells, and the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act. Limit 10 participants.
