Celebrate autumn in the mountains with Ruidoso’s beloved AspenFest, held annually on the first Saturday in October. The festivities begin with a vibrant 10:00 AM parade through Midtown, followed by a lively post-parade celebration at Wingfield Park featuring food, drinks, live music, and local vendors.
This family-friendly event showcases the spirit of the season with handmade goods, festive activities, and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike. Enjoy regional flavors, shop from talented artisans, and relax with live entertainment throughout the day.
Event Highlights:
Parade through Midtown at 10:00 AM
Festival at Wingfield Park immediately following the parade, continuing until 6:00 PM

Aspenfest Parade Traffic Advisory
On Saturday, October 3, Sudderth Drive and connecting streets will close at 9:30 a.m. for the 10:00 a.m. parade. Detours begin at 8:30 a.m. at Mechem and Cree Meadows, directing traffic to Hull Road, Paradise Canyon, and Country Club Drive. Please allow extra travel time and follow posted signs.
