Historian and author Brandon Dickson brings the dramatic history of Lincoln to life through gripping stories of the Lincoln County War, notorious outlaws, lawmen, and the violent events that shaped one of the most infamous streets in the American West. Hear the stories behind the Horrell Wars, the McSween House siege, the Five-Day Battle, the Lincoln Pit Jail, the Wortley Hotel, and Billy the Kid’s legendary final escape.

A decorated Combat Veteran and experienced historical guide, Dickson combines engaging storytelling with meticulous research to reveal the people, places, and conflicts that made Lincoln a defining chapter in Western history.

The Lincoln Lecture Series is included with regular site admission: $7 for adults, with free admission for children 16 and younger.
