Texas country artist Clay Hollis brings his rich country vocals, driving guitars, and ’90s-country influence to Patina Lounge at JACKS Backstage in Ruidoso on Saturday, November 21.

Raised in San Antonio, Hollis got his start on the road with Jon Wolfe at age 17 before building a name of his own on the Texas country circuit. His debut EP produced four Top 10 Texas Radio singles, including “Look Who’s Hurting Now,” “Hard Headed Heart,” “Can’t Let a Good Thing Get Away,” and “Strait to Jones.” His catalog also includes songs written by Jon Pardi and collaborations with Kevin Fowler and Jesse Raub Jr.

Now performing more than 100 shows a year, Hollis has appeared at venues and events including Gruene Hall, Billy Bob’s Texas, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, and The MusicFest at Steamboat. Ruidoso audiences may also remember him from his 2025 appearance with Pat Green at Ruidoso Downs Race Track.

Catch Clay Hollis up close for a night of Texas country at Patina Lounge.
