Celebrate Labor Day weekend at the 2nd Annual Carrizozo Community Festival on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Festivities begin at 10:00 AM, with the community parade—including vintage cars—stepping off at 11:00 AM along 12th Street. Following the parade, live music fills McDonald Park through 8:00 PM with performances by local bands.

Browse arts and crafts vendors, enjoy food trucks, let the kids take part in family-friendly activities, and relax in the beer garden hosted by Bonito Valley Brewing Company. Local galleries along 12th Street will also be open throughout the day, making this a great opportunity to experience Carrizozo’s thriving arts community.

The festival is organized by the Carrizozo Not-for-Profit Alliance, a coalition of local nonprofit organizations dedicated to strengthening the community through events and collaborative initiatives.
