The only non-profit yoga studio in town, Buddha Yoga offers 15 open classes per week by donation. The space is colorful and intimate, community is a priority, and teacher training and certification an essential part of their program. Instruction includes vinyasa, yin, beginner, power, stretch, balance, gentle and senior yoga. Drop-ins welcomed.
